It can really help you plan your route beyond the in-game tools, and it’s available as a free download (.pdf) on his website. He also writes a really nice Eve blog, with regular updates.
Clearly, keeping this map updated and top notch requires a great deal of work. Eve players’ “for the community, by the community” attitude never ceases to amaze me.
