The blog is updated every few days with posts related to official TF2 news, but also with random tidbits pertaining to the site and community. The forums, which are probably the main focus of the site, are broken down into many over twenty categories, with most of them having daily threads.
Aside from the active forums I really like two features on this site. First, all of their content can be seen in some quick method such as the "Last Forum Threads" or the "Shoutbox". When you register you can tie your steam account to your forum account. Then when you play on one of their servers it will record detailed statistics.
