I am probably not completely qualified to write this review, but I will give it a shot none the less. The ladies over at www.womengamers.com cite that 38% of American videogame players are women and, judging by our friends that follow TG on Twitter (Thanks by the way), that probably holds true. www.womengamers.com offers a gaming news blog, but with a focus on a woman's perspective and interests.
Sites like this are becoming more and more popular, and what's nice about WG is that they are working to make sure women are in the development community by offering job listing searches and scholarship contests. Diversity is a great thing, and let's be honest - there are plenty of game concepts out there that could use some fresh perspective.
